  • Seller Means the company whose name and address appears overleaf.
  • Designer Means the person who designs and makes the goods.
  • Conditions Means the terms and conditions of sale, set out in this document and any special terms and conditions made by the seller.
  • Price Means the total price of the goods.
  • Services Means the services provided by the seller to the buyer.

2. PAYMENT

  • Upon ordering any goods, the buyer will pay a deposit equal to 50% of the agreed total price as quoted overleaf. The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other goods.
  • The price will be decided on or before the date of the order. However, the seller reserves the right to alter the price if the buyer wishes to make changes or additions to the original order. The buyer must pay 50% of these costs at the time these changes are agreed, together with any administration fees charged by the designer. After the order is placed, the seller cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred or any late delivery of goods due to weight gain or loss, pregnancy or any other circumstances beyond the seller’s control resulting in a change to the dress size.
  • The seller shall not be bound to deliver the goods until payment is received in full. Any balance due is payable on completion of the order and must be paid prior to collection.

3. SERVICES

  • The seller does not design, make or alter the goods purchased. Goods are ordered directly from third party bridal designers. The seller will provide design advice to the buyer if required.
  • The seller may recommend a preferred seamstress for any alterations required to the goods, however, any agreement entered into between the buyer and the seamstress will not be at the responsibility of the seller.

4. FIT

  • The seller will order the goods from the designer in the size agreed with the buyer. Size may be the best fit available from the designer in accordance with the measurements recorded overleaf. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to make any further alterations to the goods purchased, including length.
  • The seller reserves the right to advise on the fit and the appropriateness of any proposed changes or additions to the original design. The designer may refuse to carry out any alterations they may feel could be detrimental to the final garments.

The seller is not responsible for the condition of goods once they have left the seller’s premises. Goods are sold as seen and the seller requires the buyer check their goods before collection.
